All orders placed online are available for in-store pick up or shipping. We do not offer local hand delivery.

For in-store pick up, you will be notified by the system when your order is ready for pick-up.

We are unable to ship wine. Wine is available for pick-up only.

Heart of Iowa might not ship chocolate when the temperature is too warm. Your order may be canceled or modified.

Heart of Iowa is able to ship anywhere. Whether across town or across the globe. We utilize USPS Priority, UPS and Speed Dee Delivery as our carriers.

When ordering multiple baskets and/or boxes, please use the multiship option at the top of the checkout page even if shipping to the same location. Not utilizing this feature will delay your order.

Our current shipping rates are based on the cost of goods shipping - see below for rates. Alaska and Hawaii are an additional $5 shipping rate. If you wish to ship internationally, please stop by the store with the shipping address and know which options you would like to ship so we can get you an accurate shipping rate for your location.

Incorrect addresses may delay delivery. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.
