Heart of Iowa Market Place has been located in Historical Valley Junction since 1983. We are a small business with a variety of go-to Iowa themed and products made in Iowa.

Valley Junction is the historical main street district of West Des Moines. The city of Valley Junction changed it's name to West Des Moines on January 1, 1938. Valley Junction Commercial Historical District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.

While our products may have changed over the years, our customer service has stayed the same. Our staff is knowledgeable of products to assist each customer with finding the perfect idem.
