Iowa State Fair Cookbook 18th edition (2014-15)


This collection of recipes is among the very best from 2014 and 2015 food competitions and ranges from main dishes and appetizers to breads and desserts and everything in between.

The Iowa State Fair published the first award winning recipe cookbook in 1983 and in the decades since, its purpose has remained the same; to showcase the Iowa State Fair Food food department.  The 2016 competition will feature 203 divisions and 809 classes.
